    Geometry
    Grades: 8 - 12
    Dates: June 17 – July 19, 2024
    Cost: $2,120

    Both theory and applications will be studied. Logic skills are developed throughout the course; formal proofs are gradually introduced. Constructions will be integrated into topics as appropriate. Review of algebra skills is integrated into numerous geometric exercises beginning with points, lines, and planes, the course proceeds to triangles, quadrilaterals, and circles. Congruence attributes, similarities, postulates, and theorems of these figures will be studied. Other topics include introductory trigonometry, area and volume, and coordinate geometry. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Algebra I and permission of department or home school. Required textbook: Geometry (Jurgensen, Brown, & Jurgensen)

    St. Andrew’s Basketball Camp for Boys and Girls
    Grades: 1 – 9

    DC Express Boys Lacrosse Camp
    Grades 2 – 8
    Dates: June 17 – 21, 2024 (No Camp on June 19)

    This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a fun positive atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating a fun learning environment and we look forward to sharing our love of this great game with your child! Each day will be comprised of a warm up game which will then progress into lacrosse related drills leading into lunch. Following lunch will be game time for the remainder of the day.     MSA Multi-Sport Camp
    Ages: 5 – 12
    Dates: June 17 – August 9, 2024 (No Camp on June 19, July 4, and July 5)
    Cost: $325 per week or $2,160 for all weeks

    Our summer camp is designed by sports champions to help young athletes realize their optimal performance in their favorite sports. MSA offers a spectacular multi-sport camp providing a well-rounded experience combining learning and fun, to build fond memories that will last a lifetime. We offer four sessions each day. Two sessions in the morning with a 25 min break and two sessions in the afternoon with a 15 min break between the sessions. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in up to four different sporting activities during the day. Campers are first grouped according to age and skill level, then by experience so that each child has the opportunity to play against the most equal competition. Our camper to staff ratio is 10:1.     Over the course of the week, students will create wire sculpture figures, air dried clay animals, oil pastel sunflowers, etching tessellations, sea turtle zentangles, painted rocks, painted flowerpots for succulents, and fish prints with watercolor. All art materials are included in program fee.

    Dates: July 1 – 12, 2024
    Cost: $500

    Students will fine tune reading and process writing skills. Summer reading assignments will be completed as students focus on practicing active reading skills and develop advanced essay writing skills. Students will need a notebook and the required texts listed on website.

    Middle School Math Prep
    Grades: 6 – 8
    Dates: July 1 – 12, 2024
    Cost: $500

    This course is for students who want to build a solid mathematical foundation for the upcoming year. Topics will include: decimals, fractions, basic algebraic equations, positive and negative integers, and numeric properties. This class will have practice examinations in order to track the participant’s progress and will include a variety of activities to keep students actively engaged.

    It’s all about the wonderful world of sweet and savory when it comes to baking. Campers are going to have a blast making everything from simple cookies to sophisticated treats.     Our summer camp is designed by sports champions to help young athletes realize their optimal performance in their favorite sports. MSA offers a spectacular multi-sport camp providing a well-rounded experience combining learning and fun, to build fond memories that will last a lifetime. We offer four sessions each day. Two sessions in the morning with a 25 min break and two sessions in the afternoon with a 15 min break between the sessions. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in up to four different sporting activities during the day. Campers are first grouped according to age and skill level, then by experience so that each child has the opportunity to play against the most equal competition. Our camper to staff ratio is 10:1.     Cyberninjaz Technology Camp
    Grades: K – 12
    Dates: June 17 - August 9, 2024 (No Camp on June 19, July 4, and July 5)

    Cyberninjaz Tech Camp offers a variety of courses. Campers can choose from 2D/3D Game Design, intro to Java, Math Concepts, Music Composition and Production, Video Production, Web Design, Comic/Art, Animation and more! We definitely have something for everyone. Whether you are a video game fanatic, have an entrepreneurial spirit, love to be creative, or need to know how things work, we have a course for you! We have designed all of our camps so that beginners are not lost, but kids that have attended before are still challenged. It’s great to know that every day you can take it to the next level.
